The Exhibition at the Wat Tyler Centre explores the park's history as an explosives factory and it's future as a public open space and natural habitat at the heart of developments in the Thames Gateway.

The Wat Tyler Project is transforming the Park, with its legacy of historic buildings and fascinating wildlife, into a centre of excellence and regional destination of choice for over 350,000 visitors each year, where people and families can relax, play and learn.
The Sonic Marshmallows are a playful and physically engaging feature of the Wat Tyler Sculpture Trail.
Their soft, parabolic dish faces focus sounds in front of them. This means two people, one standing in front of each dish, can hear each other’s whispers 60 metres over the pond in between.
The Sculpture Trail will be improved with new connecting signage as part of the Wat Tyler Project.
