With 125 acres of wild country park to explore, some of the best birdpsotting in the South and a great backstory to help you design your day, Wat Tyler is perfect for awaydays with your team. Trails around the park are tailor made for orienteering tasks. Creeks to the south and west are perfect for canoeing.

If you're worried you might not make it through a whole day outside the office – don't. We have a whole range of modern theatre, seminar and meeting rooms where you can retreat to a more familiar office environment when you need to. We also have a modern café on site and can arrange catering. We can accommodate up to 250 people in each of our biggest hire spaces, so if you're looking for an away day for as many as 500 people (with free parking to match), Wat Tyler could be the perfect venue.

We're only 40 minutes by train from Fenchurch Street, or 20 minutes by car from the Dartford Crossing, so Wat Tyler is just a short hop from the centre of London.
